Heard Fences was established in 1986 by Tommy D. Heard and is still family owned and operated today. Mr. Heard has been in the fence industry for over 32 years. Heard Fences is dedicated in providing quality fences and guaranteed workmanship for residential and commercial properties. We are located in Dover, Florida and serving Hillsborough County and the surrounding counties. We do not use any subcontractors. We are bonded and carry workers' compensation insurance as well as general liability insurance. “We promise to please.”
